Yesterday, as I said, the Rosies were back. And they stayed all day; several were still here at 4:30 in the afternoon. And they're back this am, too!
Again, only during and right after a storm at first; later in the season they may come daily when snow is too deep up high to find food. I do not know, with the weird seasons we've had how long they will stay this time. But...all three are here in the hundreds now. Oh, so is the White-winged dove and several interesting sparrows, other finches, etc. I've put out about 20# of seed but have to go to work; I hope they stay awhile.
