Checked out the many new Pawnee/CPER burn areas for Mountain Plover-no luck yet. I saw Mountain Bluebirds (12), Merlin, Great Horned and Golden Eagle both on nest, various hawks, no Long-eared Owl(s), and American Tree Sparrow and Dark-eyed Junco. Pix below.
