I found a Western Meadowlark singing in western Pueblo County last Friday and videotaped it as it gave some very unusual vocalizations after it's songs. I don't believe I have ever heard these unusual vocalizations nor could I find anything like them in the recordings available on the internet. I shared these video clips with a Pueblo birder who has birded Pueblo County for many years and he was unfamiliar with them also. I have uploaded these video clips to my BirdsAndNature <http://BirdsAndNature.blogspot.com>blog and would like some feedback from anyone who has heard these vocalizations before.
