One American Avocet, apparently feeding, on the mud flat directly in front of the bird observation platform on the Prairie Loop on the west side of the lake Two Double Crested Cormorants sitting on snags out in the lake viewed from the bird observation platform Additionally at least eight White Pelicans on or near the sand bar below the dam near the West Marina Possibly one Turkey Vulture soaring above the southeast section of the park a little earlier (I was on my bike and did not have binoculars at the time.)
