Those of us who did not have a hunting or fishing license could still purchase those $10 but that was entirely a voluntary contribution to support SWA's. However they have now discontinued sales of those Habitat Stamps. The $36 annual fee, called an Access Fee, to enter Jumbo and Pruett was recently approved by the Colo Wildlife Commission.
