Hi all.
While birding around Durango with wife, Heather, and friend, Amy Dobbins, we found a first spring male Summer Tanager this morning at Dallabella Park. The park is on the west side of the Animas River, just upstream from the bridge at River Road (behind Home Depot). The bird moved around some but seemed to consistently return to the area just north of the bathroom at the park.
