Today the CFO held it's spring board meeting at Fountain Valley School in El Paso (and we would like to thank FVS for hosting).
>From 8 to 11 a group of us birded at Big Johnson and on the FVS campus. >Highlights were single Snowy and Cattle Egrets, many American Avocets, an >early Forster's Tern and five species of grebe. Following the meeting, I continued on to Otero County where the wind force me to bird out of my car window. Lake Holbrook had several Baird's Sandpipers on the northeast shore.
