It sounds like the town of Hasty is being evacuated now.  The fire is out of 
control and has burned 7,000 acres so far. 

I was hoping that the Fort Lyon Wildlife Easement and Green Heron Slough hadn't 
been burned, though since they have, nearly all the groves of trees that 
birders have birded in the past in the Fort Lyon area have been burned.  The 
FLWE has had nearly 30 species of warblers I think.  Hopefully Van's Grove 
wasn't also burned.
