There was an adult male in alternate plumage Surf Scoter off North Picnic Road
loop, looking east at Pueblo Reservoir this morning.  Leon Bright was also able
to see the bird, though it was getting further out and it was sleeping a lot.
Photos will be on my flickr site in a bit.  Surf Scoters are much rarer in
spring, than in the fall.
