Lots of First of the Year birds in and around Canon City: Hermit Thrush--seen on 5-4 on Canon City Riverwalk bluff trail- first of the year for me Black-crowned Night-Heron-5-5 at Holcim Wetlands-first of the year for me Great Egret-5-6 at Holcim Wetlands Green Heron-5-6 at Holcim Wetlands-first of the year and in gorgeous orange (breeding) legs
