COBirders, Late this evening while scoping Big Johnson reservoir, I saw 4 WHIMBREL fly across the lake and land on the northwest shore. Once they landed they were very hard to see. There were also at least 3 COMMON LOONs. One was in alternate plumage while the other two were in basic plumage. There was also still at least 1 basic plumage BONAPARTE'S GULL sitting on the water.
