This list doesn't look quite right. This is the list of birds to call into the Rare Bird Alert, which isn't the same.
http://www.cfo-link.org/birding/cbrc_review.php is the correct link, though for some reason the two swans are on this list and I thought those were removed from the State Review List (maybe something changed and they were put back on there). Also, all non-adult Little Blue Herons and non-juvenile Short-billed Dowitchers (which means all the ones seen in the spring) are also on the review list I believe.
