Lots of birds plopped down in the cold wet weather yesterday around our house north of Boulder. Skulkers in the bushes included
   Brown Thrasher
   Green-tailed towhee
   Spotted Towhee, several
   Catbird
   Lincoln's Sparrow
Today the first Black-chinned Hummingbird showed up. Some 35 species in all.
