Hi all, I've been chomping at the bit to bird but alas it hasn't happened. BUT I have had a few nice things drop by my yard. Yesterday a black headed grosbeak came in for a short visit. I have had a bullock's oriole (female) peaking in my window and a number of yellow warblers flitting around. We also had a flock of lark buntings, with a few lark sparrows thrown in for good measure, descend yesterday in our yard. Seems like they are late this year but it is always nice to see them come through.
