Hello birders,
Two singing OVENBIRDS and a singing GRAY FLYCATCHER were the highlights of a
morning hiking around the Shanahan Trail system. Both Ovenbirds are up near
where the North and South Forks of the Shanahan Trail meet the Mesa Trail. The
Gray Flycatcher was found later in the day singing along the social trail that
goes right up the middle drainage between the two forks of the designated
trail.
We also found a RED-EYED VIREO along the Centential Trail. It was along the
ditch a few hundred yards west of South Boulder Creek.
Thanks,
