As I got off the plane from my week long trip to mexico the first alert on my phone was a voicemail from Joey Kellner. Frantically I got on CObirds and saw that the gull was not seen yesterday but I went after it anyway and luck was on my side. The bird was on the sand spit at the plum creek delta around three today. I got some great photos that I will put up on my flickr once I get back home. Thanks to everyone who reported on the bird.
