Folks, Joey Kellner alerted me to a singing Cassin's Sparrow at Chatfield this morning. The bird is at the beginning of the road to the old Plum Creek nature area. This is the road just south of the Plum Creek Delta road. He is singing along with several Grasshopper Sparrows.
Also, yesterday I photographed what I believe is at least one and possibly two juvenile Eastern Phoebes at the Plum Creek bridge.
