A Black-crowned Night Heron is visiting Tantra Lake in South Boulder today. The lake is surrounded by apartments -- including mine -- and this night heron is not particularly shy of us. Tantra Lake is south of Table Mesa Drive where you can take Tantra Drive to either East Moorhead Circle or West Moorhead Circle.
