COBirders,

The YELLLOW-THROATED WARBLER reported yesterday by John Drummond at Chico
Basin Ranch (fee area) was with a small flock of Townsend's Warblers, a
Ruby-crowned Kinglet, and a few Wilson's Warblers at Rose Pond (Pueblo)
where it was mostly feeding on unidentified insects taken from inside cracks
on the trunk of a plains cottonwood.

Generally fairly slow for migrants except for lots of Spizella sparrows,
Vesper Sparrows, and a few Savanna Sparrows plus a ton of Northern Shovelers
and Blue-winged Teal(s) at Rose Pond. Wilson's Warblers still around in
most habitats.

I thought I heard Sandhill Cranes high overhead but I never saw them.
