COBirders,
I found an immature Harris's Sparrow in with a big flock of White-crowns and Lincoln's Sparrows in the dense brushy area south of the banding station on Chico Basin Ranch (fee area) beneath some standing dead Russian olives. Also in the area was a Grasshopper Sparrow and a Clay-colored Sparrow. (FYI, I did not see or hear them, but two people had checked in for hunting pronghorn) Bill Maynard Colorado Springs -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds" group.
