This evening (9/4) I flushed a Le Conte's Sparrow at Timnath Reservoir, in Larimer County, at the edge of cattails on the northeast side of the reservoir. It flew into the cattails and eventually came into view through the middle of the cattails for about 20 seconds to provide great looks. Unfortunately I have been working today, so I didn't have my camera along with me to get photos. A few other birds of interest were 20 Long-billed Dowitchers, 1 Sanderling, 7 American Avocets, and 2 adult Bald Eagles. Cole Wild Loveland
