Hello birders,
There was a BLUE-HEADED VIREO with a mixed flock along the Boulder Creek Path
near East Campus, near the score board, at about 4 pm. There were very few
birds along the creek today, but there was one tight flock that included the
Vireo, 1 HAMMOND'S FLYCATCHER, 2 WILSON'S WARBLERS, 3 ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLERS,
1 RUBY-CROWNED KINGLET, and the common stuff like BLACK-CAPPED CHICKADEES and a
WHITE-BREASTED NUTHATCH.
A terrible record shot of the vireo will be up on my Flickr page soon.
Great birding,
