Well, Valco Ponds area in Pueblo strikes again, this time with a male HOODED WARBLER. It was first in the Valco Ponds parking lot, behind the restroom, near the river, and then flew over to the Osprey Picnic Area in Rock Canyon, where Margie Joy, Clif Smith, and Pearle Sandstorm-Smith all were able to see it. Margie and I also saw a WHITE-THROATED SPARROW west of Valco Ponds parking lot. Birding seems slow, west of the parking lot today, no sign of the Cardinal or the two Tanagers.
Good birding, Brandon Percival Pueblo West, CO -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds" group.
