The COFC count will be held December 17th and the count week begins today and ends next Tuesday. If you see anything unusual in the Fort Collins area, please keep a record of it and pass it on to me. Count day is supposed to be sunny with a high of 44 with no precipitation in the forecast. A few ponds are opening a little more (those that already have an opening because waterfowl arre roosting there.
