Was walking around Sloan Lake Thursday and watched a flock of geese take off from the lake and fly over to land up near the tennis courts on the north side off 29th. Thought one looked odd. When I finished my walk I got my glasses and went over to take a look. Lots of geese and it took a bit, but found a dark Snow Goose in the flock. Definitely sounded like a Snow Goose. Have a pic, but haven't posted it yet on my bird blog, BirdsbyBill. Maybe tonight.
