Around 230pm or a little after, Margie Joy and I saw a juvenile Thayer's Gull at the Midway Landfill, in southern El Paso County. This is west of I-25, at exit 119. Earlier in the day, there was Hermit Thrush at the park behind the Library in the town of Fountain, El Paso County and a Ross's Goose flew by twice, while we were there this morning. I assume it was the same bird, first flying south, and later flying north with dark-cheeked geese. A nice looking Harris's Sparrow was at the Fountain Creek Regional Park Nature Center, El Paso County feeders around 1230pm today, and seen many birders.
Good birding, Brandon Percival Pueblo West, CO -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds" group.
