hi Cobirders. The thistle feeder was filled Thursday. Came the
powerful wind Thursday evening and night from Golden
valley howling about 75 mph often.
Friday morning the the thistle feeder was near empty. A dozen
Eurasian Collared Doves on the ground below searched
for the thistle seed.
A Blue Jay found a piece of biscuit and flew off with it. The Blue
Jays do not seem to like seeds.
Very strong wind has started up here again today (Saturday).
Tomorrow start a new year for annual yard and Colorado list.
