My husband and I saw what appeared to be a Golden Eagle, but I'm not 100% sure that it wasn't a juvenile Bald. We arrived at Valmont Reservoir around 12:30pm, parked up on Legion Hill, looked west, and there it was on a power pylon overlooking the Prairie Dog town. It gave us some nice views of its back and front while perched, but as it flew off we did not get to get a good look underneath ...since we were above it. Of course, the camera was at home. Did anyone else see it ?
