Per Bill K's directions, easily located the Barr Lake area Snowy Owl this
evening . He/she was gorgeous .. looked almost fluorescent as it was lit by
the setting sun (4:50 to 5:10). The bird's location for my visit was perfect
- quite far out in the field on private land so as to be unbothered
(hopefully) by us hordes....( well, OK I was the only one there) and yet
perfect for a nice scope or bino view. Let's hope she happily stays where she
is for a while. She seemed to be alert, looking around, preening alot. It
seemed like maybe she had a snack of some sort but couldn't be sure - she may
have just been cleaning her bill or her toes.

Thanks to Chuck H for finding and Bill K for the directions post.
