A quick mid-day visit today to the State Wildlife Area on the North West side of Pueblo Reservoir (Pueblo County), yielded the continuing immature/female White-winged Scoter. It was about in the same place as last Thursday, swimming between the State Wildlife Area old boat ramp and West Fisherman's Point. I wonder if this is the same bird that was seen on the Pueblo Reservoir CBC on December 17th. I don't know of any scoter sightings at the reservoir between that date and last Thursday, so who knows if it is the same bird or not. Brandon Percival Pueblo West, CO
