It is snowing pretty good out there right now; and I know some folks have been waiting for a good time to try to visit and see Rosy-Finches in my back yard. I'm thinking tomorrow might be a good day...assuming you don't mind driving on a snowy day.
It is supposed to continue snowing from now through tomorrow; but if you are game, so am I. Just give me a call tomorrow morning between 7-10 am so I can let you know if we have success. 719-742-3195 ...and that the Rosies are here. I'm betting they will be; we already have about an inch, and it's not even 4 o'clock, plus most of the day I've not been able to see the West Peak. Things look perfect... Please leave a message in case I'm still in the shower, we don't have caller ID here yet. I'll call you right back. Be sure to call, so I can remind you to keep the gate closed (I have small puppies, one of which was mauled by the dog next door), and also to come all the way to the back door; where I will both see & hear you AND invite you in, where you do not have to remove boots, to warm up.
