Good Morning All,
After shoveling my drive this morning, I went to Red Rocks where I
ran into Art Hudak. Together we observed the Golden-crowned Sparrow
make 2 quick visits within an hour. No Rosy-Finches, but I would
expect them to show up tomorrow morning if not later today. Bring
seed if you go to the feeders at Red Rocks - the hordes of juncos,
Song Sparrows, Spotted Towhees, BC Chickadees, Scrub Jays, and others
are hungry. The roads through Red Rocks Park have been plowed, so
they are no worse or better than the rest of the roads in the area.
