Good morning birders,

When I arrived at the Red Rocks feeders about 7:30 a.m., the large flock of Rosy-Finches was already there. Again all 3 species plus the Hepburn's sub-species were represented. Also saw a male Cassin's Finch and some Pine Siskins in addition to the regular fare. The Golden-crowned Sparrow also put in an appearance.

When I left shortly after 9, there were a good number of birders waiting for the Rosy's to return. Hopefully the flock returns several times during the day. Cyndy Johnson reported seeing the Rosy flock yesterday between 12:30 and 1:00 P.M.

Good luck to all,

Mike Henwood
