Greetings All,

Tim Smart worked from Prewitt to Jumbo and back today

Today, at Prewitt Reservoir, the following gulls were present
325 Herring Gulls
6 Lesser Black-backed Gulls
6 Glaucous Gulls
13 Thayer's Gulls
2 Iceland Gulls (ad and 2nd cycle)
2 Thayers/Iceland Gulls
1 Glaucous-winged Gull (2nd cycle)
1 Glaucous-winged x Herring Gull (1st cycle)
California and Ring-billed Gulls

Also, just nw of Prewitt, on 6, at roadside pond: 1200 Greater White-fronted
Geese + the season's first BW Teal (for us)
This pond is near the intersection of Hwy 6 and Co Rd R. From the farm house
across the road, what seemed like a Common Ground-Dove, sang twice, each song
consisting of 10 or so repeated phrases. We could not find the bird.

At Red Lion SWA, at the southernmost set of ponds, there were two adult
Whistling Swans

At Jumbo Reservoir goose numbers were as follows
70,000 Snow Geese
2000 Ross's Geese
730 Greater White-fronted Geese

Gulls included
175 Herring Gulls
2 Lesser Black-backed Gulls
3 Thayer's Gulls
1 Glaucous Gull

Them is a lot of birds to sort through, and I am whipped, wasted, exhausted...
so pls forgive any lack of clarity.

Cheers
