Hello, Birders. Just a little while ago, I was out along Boulder Creek at Confluence Park and I had results eerily similar to those recently reported by Nick Moore: a singing Black-throated Gray Warbler, a wimpily calling Audubon's Warbler, and that was all, warbler-wise. Thanks to the two folks who stopped me along the path and tipped me off to the news that there was a BTGray in the general vicinity. FYI, the bird was right along the creek, and a bit downstream from where Nick found it. By the way, it was singing a bit more lustily for me than for Nick.
Also, I heard three Swainson's Thrushes calling along the creek from Confluence Park downstream to Foothills Hospital, where I am currently eating a tomato, a large wedge of pineapple, and a delectable slice of ham, if anybody's curious.
