A Red-thoated Loon in breeding plumage is on Baseline Res. Best seen from N side of reservoir. Peter Gent and I parked at RTD pullout across from Stearns Ave and scoped southwest. Also a breeding plumage Common Loon is there, as well. Bruce Webb Visiting Boulder
