This afternoon and off and on over the last few days, I have observed a Mississippi Kite (and sometimes a second one) soaring over my neighborhood in Security just south of the Widefield Community Center. These are probably the pair that Ken Pals reported earlier in the area N and W of Watson Jr. High School a few weeks ago.
