Yep, a juvenile Red-necked Phalarope. Hannah and I saw and heard it this 
evening, Sunday, Sept. 23rd, at sundown. The two Pectoral Sandpipers were 
out there, too.

Take only memories, leave only footprints--and one orange shoe . . .
