Two similar days weather and bird-wise.  Cooler, more comfortable temps and
a large variety of species, given that the total number of birds each day
was in the mid-20s to low 30s.  Here are the breakdowns for the 2 days:

 

9/27/12:

Wilson's Warbler              3

Clay-colored Sparrow     1

Oregon Junco    2

Lazuli Bunting    1

House Sparrow 4 (Caught in Nature Center nets where there are feeders)

 

9/28/12:

Downy Woodpecker      1

Red-shafted Flicker         1

House Wren       1

Ruby-crowned Kinglet   2

Hermit Thrush   2

Gray Catbird       1

Orange-crowned Warbler            4

Audubon Warbler            1

Wilson's Warbler              3

Gambel's White-crowned Sparrow          5

Pink-sided Junco              2

House Sparrow 2 (Again, at Nature Center nets)

 

Here is our schedule for the balance of the season:  Closed Mon (10/1)
because we have a late afternoon group; then closed Thurs (10/4) and Thurs
(10/11).  Otherwise open daily, weather permitting, through Sun 10/14.
