The weather felt like summer but the birds told us it was fall....leaning towards sparrows and bigger birds with fewer warblers. Total of 21 new birds caught:
Red-shafted Flicker 1 Ruby-crowned Kinglet 1 Hermit Thrush 1 Orange-crowned Warbler 2 Yellow-rumped Warbler, Myrtle 1 Spotted Towhee 1 Lincoln's Sparrow 1 White-crowned Sparrow, Gambel's 5 Dark-eyed Junco, Oregon 4 Dark-eyed Junco, Pink-sided 2 House Sparrow 2 Closed tomorrow (Thurs, 10/4) and closed the following Thurs (10/11). Otherwise, open daily through 10/14, weather permitting (which is actually starting to mean something!)
