It was a very good birding morning for us this morning.

At Wahatoya State Wildlife area:
200+ migrating Blue-winged Teals
American Pipit
American White Pelican
15 American Avocets - have never seen them at this location before

At Lathrop State Park:

Martin Lake:
Wilson's and Yellow-rumped Warblers and one Tennessee Warbler
Lots of Clark's and Western Grebes

Horseshoe Lake:
Non-breeding Forster's Tern

Two WINTER WRENS at the wildlife pond between the lakes were the highlight
of the morning...seen and HEARD quite well! Life birds for both of us!
