The October 22 meeting of Denver Field Ornithologists will be in a different area of the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The meeting will be in the Planetarium and entrance will be through the main doors on the north side of the building. Doors will be open at 7 p.m. and the meeting begins at 7:30.
DFO Past President Joey Kellner will lead the program for the evening offering insights on “Other Creatures Seen While Birding.” He’ll be joined by Glenn Walbek and Norm Erthal. Whether it's butterflies, dragonflies, reptiles or amphibians Colorado birders see many "non birds" as we engage in our hobby. Come see and learn more about some of the "other creatures" we encounter while birding in the northeastern "quadrant" of Colorado. The three presenters will talk about the common (and uncommon) "critters" typically seen in our part of the state, and they promise to entertain us with LOTS of pictures! -- Chuck Hundertmark, President Denver Field Ornithologists 2546 Lake Meadow Drive Lafayette, CO 80026 303-604-0531 Cell: 720-771-8659 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Colorado Birds" group.
