About ten birders searched for the Hermit Warbler for several hours this morning. The Black-throated Blue Warbler wasn't found either. Birds that were seen were 10+ Hermit Thrushes, 2 Swainson's Thrushes, 2 Northern Mockingbirds, 1 Wilson's Warbler, 20-30 Yellow-rumped Warblers, 10 White-crowned Sparrows, 1 White-throated Sparrow and 1 Winter Wren. And the Sora was still there. It seemed like there were more birds around about noon. Either they were becoming much more active after it warmed up a lot or they were coming in from outside.
