Hi CoBirders. For 10 days or so I've had at least two male Blue Jays & three to four Scrub Jays visiting my backyard feeders. They're eating peanuts in the shell & suet. The Scrub Jays are also eating black oilers. (The Blue Jays are extremely shy.) And for the very first time ever, a Stellar's Jay made an appearance today at the same feeders, but did not attempt to feed. I'm at C470 & Kipling, and I back to open space.
