I did a little birding today. Golden-crowned Sparrow made its appearance at Red Rocks Mandarin Duck was preening at Prospect Park in Wheat Ridge On the way home, I stopped off for groceries. At the Green Valley Ranch pond behind the Kind Soopers (near the Rec Center) there were several species of goose.
