Margie Joy and I had close looks at the adult male Black Scoter (mostly with
Common Goldeneyes) from the Turkey Creek area, in the extreme north west part
of Pueblo Reservoir this afternoon.  My photos from earlier today are on my
flickr site:  http://www.flickr.com/photos/brandonsbirdphotos/  There were lots
of Bonaparte's Gulls in this area too, though we couldn't find the young
Black-legged Kittiwake, I have a feeling the bird left the reservoir.  We did
see a Common Loon that I didn't see this morning.  I was unable to  get a photo
of the kittiwake, though luckily the species is no longer on the CBRC review
list!
