123 Species of birds were found on today's Pueblo Reservoir CBC, compiled by Mark Yaeger. Thanks to everyone for coming and helping out! We can't do it without everyone's help! Two new species were added to the count list: a stakeout female Williamson's Sapsucker inside the Pueblo Zoo and a Snow Bunting! Another highlight were four Common Redpolls, the first on the count since the first year of the count, back in the 1970s and an immature male Pine Warbler inside the Pueblo Zoo (only second time on count day for the count). Other things found on the count: Greater Scaup -1 female Long-tailed Duck - 2 females Barrow's Goldeneye - 1 male Pacific Loon - 1 Peregrine Falcon - 1 9 species of gulls: Bonaparte's Gulls Mew Gull - 1 adult Thayer's Gull- 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull - 4 Glaucous Gull - 1 Great Black-backed Gull - 1 adult White-winged Dove - 59 no Mourning Dove!
