Today around noon, a single Bushtit visited my suet feeder among the many
House Finches, Juncos and a couple of regular Downy Woodpeckers. I
remarked to my daughter that I hadn't seen the Bushtits since Thanksgiving,
and it was strange to see a loner. Within ten minutes, a flock of 12-15
bushtits covered my suet feeder and the nearby bushes.
