I got a good look at one Lesser Black-backed Gull at South Platte Reservoir,
this afternoon. I only saw one. I saw 1, Thayer's Gull also. No Long-tailed
Ducks were to be seen. One Say's Phoebe was seen on the eastern fence of the
Reservoir. Yesterday, 2/16, a group of us were helping out with the South
Platte Park and Recreation Waterfowl count. We did see the Northern Mockingbird
in shrubs next to the entrance road to the Reservoir[next to the northwest
