At the February 25 meeting of the Denver Field Ornithologists Doug Faulkener 
will speak on the history and workings of the Colorado Birds Records Committee. 
 He will delve into the CBRC's inner decision-making processes and some of the 
interesting decisions it has had to make such as the Red-backed Hawk and Baikal 
Teal.  The DFO meeting will be held at Ricketson Auditorium in Denver Museum of 
Nature & Science.  Park on the north side of the building (20th & Colorado 
Blvd) and walk around to the west door between 7:00 and 7:30pm.  Meeting is
